A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:
- Received different product from what was ordered
- Received faulty product
- Refund raised within 3 days of shipment received
Refund will not be offered under these conditions:
- Received incomplete order
- Product is damaged by you
- Wrong Order placed by you
- Did not like the product
- Solid Toyz receives returned product in damaged condition
